In years past CNN was a news source that the public counted on being fair and unbiased, but with the recent announcement of CNN signing on to broadcast the first ever Tea Party Presidential Debate, combined with the fact that CNN was the only major network to broadcast Michele Bachmann’s response to the State of the Union Address their once well-respected journalistic viewpoint has come into question. CNN seems to be building somewhat of an alliance with the Tea Party that even Fox News has not dared to match. Nothing seems stranger for a Network who has such anchors as Wolf Blitzer and Anderson Cooper to accompany them with the extreme far right rhetoric of the likes of Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann.
